In order to even see the menu item for the meeting minutes you must be logged in to the site first.
Those of you that have joined up and set a username and password can log in. When you do log in, you will see two new menu items on the menu bar: “Agenda and Minutes” and “Contracts”. You will not see these on the menu bar if you are not logged in.
Please log in and review the minutes before the next meeting. We do not make hard copies of the minutes in order to save our local the printing fees, the website is the only place to review the minutes.
The Recording Secretary (who is also the webmaster) will email PDFs of minutes to any member that requests them.
